How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Your order will be processed within 5 working days (Except pre-order products). 

Alaya Glam currently ships to the follow cities or countries:
Asia: Hongkong, Japan, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan.
North America: Canada
Europe: United Kingdoms (England)
Australia: Australia

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, we offer free standard shipping:

Please note standard shipping does not allow tracking. Nevertheless, we also offer expedited shipping option with tracking details and the exact amount of cost will be calculated upon checkout. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show.

 

Wrong address disclaimer
Please make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. The address cannot be changed upon confirmation of your order. 
 
Lost/Stolen Package After Delivery
We cannot offer a refund or reshipment for any products that have been lost or stolen after delivery.

Tax and Duties
All duties and taxes are borne by you. If tax/duties are failed to be paid, your parcel will be held in customs for 3 weeks or up to a month before returning to us. You will be charged an additional shipping fee if we resend the parcel. In a worst-case scenario, your parcel will be confiscated by your local customs.
