ALAYA Glam strives to ensure the accuracy of product images and descriptions on our website. All product images are taken of the actual items; however, you may wish to note that, due to the reflective and translucent nature of gel-based products, the final color may slightly vary from the website photos due to various reason.  At ALAYA Glam, we deeply value your satisfaction and strive to ensure you have a delightful shopping experience. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help


Unopened Items: Store Credit as Refund

We offer refund for unopened and unused items, except items on discounts. If you decide to return an unopened and unused product within 14 days from the delivery day, we'll be glad to provide you with store credit equivalent to the product's value. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website. We do not charge for any fees for return. However, you will have to pay for return shipping to a Canada Address (for North American residents) / Hong Kong (for residents of other countries).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and cannot be credited. This policy helps us maintain the best possible prices for our products and ensures that we can continue to offer you exceptional value.

To initiate your return process, please send an email to alayaglam@gmail.com, providing us with the reasons, order number and item that you would like to return and we will you send you the instructions.

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are only eligible for wrongly dispatched order(s) or damaged item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of item receipt.
  2. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  3. To initiate an exchange, please email to alayaglam@gmail.com  and we will send you the instructions.
  4. Once we confirm the item is eligible for exchange, we will notify and offer you either a replacement or refund, depending on inventory.
  5. Items are only permitted for a one-time exchange.
