Refund Policy

  • We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product images and descriptions on our website. However, please note that Press-on Nails and Nail Strips have a translucent texture, and slight color variations may occur due to differences in lighting and individual nail color/skin tones. Rest assured, all our products undergo rigorous quality inspection, and as a result, we do not accept refund requests.
  • We accept exchanges ONLY for incorrect orders or damaged items within 14 days (for local orders) or 21 days (for international orders) from the date of item receipt.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at and we will send you the instructions. 
  • Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you and send you the instructions. 
  • Please note that exchanges are applicable only to purchases made through our official online shop.
  • We are not held responsible for any duties, taxes, or lost items during the return process.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted and additional shipping fee incurred will be born by you.
  • Items are only permitted for a one-time exchange.
